Shipping policy

*AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $110 AUD SHIP FOR FREE USING DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING*

We use Australia Post as our primary domestic and international postal service and all items are shipped from Western Australia. These are the updated delivery durations as stated by AusPost.  

Domestic standard shipping: Usually takes 1-8 business days. Shipping cost is calculated based on your region and the weight of the items you purchase at standard rate. AusPost is the most reliable and efficient service available in Australia. 

Domestic Express Shipping (AusPost): You should receive your items the next business day if you place your order before 12 pm and if you are in the Australia post express network (Metro regions excluding Darwin CBD/Metro). If placed after 12 pm, you will receive your order the day after. 

Darwin Metro and Rural regions across Australia may take up to 6 days for express shipping.  

International shipping: Usually takes anywhere from 10-35 working days. The rate depends on the weight of the item and the destination country. It will be calculated in checkout. 

Certain countries may have a customs fee as per their country’s border control regulations. The receiver is in charge of customs fees. 

Some countries are currently not accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions.
