Refund policy
Due to hygienic purposes and the nature of our products, our items are non-refundable unless faulty. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and as such offer a refund, exchange, or store credit for any faulty purchases. Please inspect your order upon reception.
To start a return, reach out to hello@curlycoilywavy.com within 14 days of receiving your item, with image proof of the defect. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The postage costs will be covered by us in this instance.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving approval will not be accepted. No refunds for ‘change-of-mind’ purposes will be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and we’ll automatically refund your purchase on your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly remember it can take a few days for your bank/credit card company to process the refund.
